Total Transport Logistics Inc. ("TTL", "we", "us") is a licensed freight broker (MC 1352505) based in Flower Mound, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies when you visit our website, request a quote, fill in one of our forms (on our website, on Facebook or Instagram, or through Google Forms), follow or message us on social media, or contact us by phone, email or text.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, company name, email address and phone number.

• Shipment details: what you are shipping, its dimensions and weight, pickup and delivery locations, requested dates, and anything else you tell us to help us quote it.

• Website information: like most websites, ours automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. Our website provider, Wix, collects this so the site works and so we can see how it is used.

We collect only what we need to quote and arrange your shipment.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes and arrange the transport of your freight

• To contact you about your quote, your shipment and its status

• To manage our business relationship with you and answer your questions

• To keep business records and meet our legal obligations

• To understand which of our ads and pages bring in quote requests

• To send occasional service updates or offers, which you can opt out of at any time

We do not use the information you give us in a quote request for unrelated purposes.

Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Meta chooses who sees those ads using its own information; we do not give Meta information about our customers or website visitors to target them.

Some of our ads include a form you can fill in without leaving the app. When you submit one, we receive the contact and shipment details you entered and use them as described above. Meta also handles that information under its own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

Google Forms and our business tools

We may collect quote requests through Google Forms and keep them in Google Sheets and similar business tools. Only TTL staff who need the information to do their jobs can see it.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number or text us, you agree to receive text messages from TTL about your quotes and shipments. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

When we share information

We share your information only with:

• Motor carriers and logistics partners that move your freight. They receive your name, company, phone number, and pickup and delivery details as needed for the shipment.

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Wix), Google, Meta, and our email and phone providers, who may handle your contact and shipment details on our behalf.

• Anyone you ask us to share it with.

• Government authorities or courts, when the law requires it.

• Others where necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.

We may share statistics that do not identify anyone.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as intended. If we start using advertising technologies, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and shipment records as part of our customer records, so we can follow up, quote you again quickly, and keep the business records the law requires (at least three years for shipments we arrange). We keep this information only as long as we have a business or legal reason to, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time, as explained below.​

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who at TTL can see it. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and see it

• Correct information that is wrong

• Delete your information

• Get a copy of your information in a portable format

• Opt out of the sale of your information, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do none of these)

• Withdraw consent you have given us, including for marketing messages

To make a request, email security@totaltransportlogistics.us or call +1 (469) 472-2334 and tell us what you are asking for. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and we may take up to 45 more days. Requests are free of charge up to twice a year, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer or emailing us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the result of your appeal, you can contact the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint.

Other websites

Our website and ads may link to other websites, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new date.
